Single Lessons Terms and Conditions
- The $69 first lesson offer is available to new learners only.
- The first lesson offer is for a 60-minute automatic driving lesson.
- All lessons are subject to instructor availability.
- All cancellations or rescheduling of lessons require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours may result in the full lesson fee being charged.
- Lesson prices are as displayed on our website at the time of booking.
- Lessons purchased online are valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
Lesson Packages Terms and Conditions
- Lesson packages must be prepaid before the first lesson in the package.
- Lesson packages are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and must be used within 3 months once activated.
- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes made within 48 hours may result in the full lesson being deducted from the package.
- Lessons are subject to instructor availability.
- Package prices and inclusions are as displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
*Refresher & Confidence Lessons are available to returning drivers, overseas licence holders and drivers wanting additional practice or confidence. Lessons are subject to instructor availability.
Drive Test & Express Test Pack Terms and Conditions
- Drive test packages must be prepaid before the scheduled test.
- Drive test packages do not include VicRoads test or booking fees.
- Drive test date, time and location must be confirmed with your allocated instructor.
- Drive test bookings are subject to instructor and vehicle availability.
- Rescheduling or cancellation of a drive test package requires at least 5 days’ notice. Changes made with less than 5 days’ notice may result in the full package fee being charged.
- Express Test Packs must be activated within 6 months of purchase and completed within 3 months of the first lesson.
- Express Test Packs are non-refundable once activated.
- Drive test and Express Test Pack inclusions are as displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Night Driving
Night driving lessons are subject to instructor availability and are generally scheduled during suitable evening hours. Lesson times may vary depending on daylight conditions, location and availability.

Driving lessons, packages and drive test services are subject to instructor and vehicle availability. Dua Driving does not guarantee that a learner will pass their VicRoads driving test. Test outcomes are determined by VicRoads and depend on the learner’s driving performance on the day.
While we aim to provide lessons at the agreed date and time, lessons may occasionally need to be changed due to instructor availability, vehicle issues, severe weather, safety concerns or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
FAQ
Can you extend my driving lessons depending on my request?
Yes, we can surely extend your driving lessons, as this is in the rule books of the industry. If you feel that there is something more that you need to learn, you can opt for an extension in a seamless manner. But keep in mind that there will be charges applied to it.
Can I cancel my driving lesson with you within 48 hours?
You can do that, but you have to pay the full price of the lesson. This is because we clearly mention that if you want to cancel your driving lesson with us, you have to do it with a 48-hour notice. Keep this timeline in mind if you want to get a refund of the amount you paid for the lesson.
Is it possible for you to extend your night driving timeline to 12 a.m.?
No, we cannot do it, as it is against our rules. If we find that the particular driving training session is not complete for some reason, we will shift it to the next day, keeping your convenience in mind. We will do everything to ensure that you get the best of our services, but we cannot go against our rules.
